I can't wait to back home to Msia next week. I miss my wife, my son, everyone in the A-list, and so much things to do and get done. Being in other country you got to adapt the culture, learn new things and language, and most horrible thing is eat new food.
Among the best thing in US, they provide a good and flawless highway, and could be considered as superhighway. It has no toll, with minumum 3 lane each way, and full of informative signboard. Certain highway might charge you, but with a very minimum amount that you can really afford. I bet that u will not get lost and mumbling about the fare anyway.
Everything is so easy to get information in US. Everything is in internet that you can find for map, all stuff you need, goverment info, etc. I'm wondering if any parties or goverment in Msia could consider of developing the map system for the convenience of Msian. For instance, if they want to go to the guys next door, they can even find the map along with the instructions step by step how to get there. That's sound outstanding.
Now...yesterday I went to New York with Ramesh and his wife, and my officemate Bobby. We went by a car all the way from Chantilly to New Jersey which took 4 hours travel, up to 500km one way, and that made 1000km roundtrip. We took off as early as 630am in the morning and reached there just nice 1030 am. We parked the car somewhere around the Newark Pennsylvinia Station and took a train to New York Station which took good 20 minutes. We can't afford to drive in New York since the traffic there is a disaster, it might only took a hour or plus just to find the parking garage, and one more important thing, parking fare in New York is a paint. You can be charged up to 50 dollar per hour. That's what a so called no. 1 city in the world!
Nothing much I did in New York since it was raining all day long. But I managed to visit a couple of famous places such as Madisson Square, Empire State Building, Time Square, WTC(also known as Ground Zero) and Statue of Liberty (just from park view). Definitely can't cover everything overnight since I have only so limited time to go here and there.
We back home at 4pm from New York.

Hari ni pergi Washington D.C dengan officemate, Ramesh. We went out at 9am(9pm Msia) and back to hotel around 5pm(5am Msia the next day).
We parked our car at the Vienna subway station and took the 1 day pass ticket. Went all the way to the Federal Triangle station and start from there.
Washinton D.C (downtown of columbia) is the heart of goverment centre. Likely so-called goverment city. All world decisions were and are made here. It is not a big city like New York but to campare with KL, are huge far away differents.
It has less shopping complex but goverment office. More than 7 museum found in Washington. To name a few, Holocoust museum, History and Technology museum and World war II museum. Once more, price are pretty cheap compared ones in KL. For instance, 1 sony digicam model which is worth RM 2099 in Msia, is only USD 299, same model and features. Convert to Msia roughly around RM1106 + US tax. See how much Msia government make money just from single tax? It cost us a bomb.
